Real estate networks Century 21 and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Australia have appointed former Ray White Head of Marketing Todd Alexander as Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately.
The appointment brings Alexander’s near two-decade marketing career in real estate and hospitality to an international footprint spanning Australasia, the UAE, and India.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Todd to the Century 21 and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate family,” said Charles Tarbey, Managing Director of Century 21 and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
“Todd brings a rare combination of strategic marketing expertise and hands-on experience across some of the most respected names in real estate and hospitality.
“His track record speaks for itself, and we’re excited to have someone of his caliber and skill set leading marketing for our group as we continue to grow across Australasia, the UAE and India.”
Alexander steps into the executive role after leading a 20-person marketing team and sitting on the Senior Leadership Group at Ray White Group for five years, following a three-year stint as Business Marketing & Performance Manager at Ray White Double Bay.
His background also includes close to eight years at InterContinental Hotels Group, where he held six marketing roles across InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn properties in Adelaide, Sydney, and Melbourne.
“I would like to thank Charles for this incredible opportunity to represent him and the entire Century 21 ANZ, UAE and India portfolio,” Alexander said of joining the group.
“To be part of a global network that connects members and customers across more than 80 countries is genuinely exciting -it’s a chance to bring everything I’ve learned across my career to new markets, while learning from the diversity and scale of this network in return.
“I’m looking forward to working alongside the teams at Century 21 and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate to deliver a marketing experience that matches the unique, high-quality service our members and customers expect.”
In his new position, Alexander will oversee unified marketing strategy for both major brands to drive member engagement, elevate brand presence, and support the group’s ongoing international expansion.
