The Property Investors Council of Australia (PICA) has announced a leadership transition, with Tim Graham appointed Chair, succeeding inaugural Chair Ben Kingsley.
Kingsley will step down as Chair while remaining on the PICA Board, continuing to support the organisation and its advocacy on behalf of Australian property investors.
“It has been a tremendous privilege to serve as PICA’s inaugural Chair since late 2017 and help establish an independent and credible voice for property investors,” Kingsley said.
“Leadership succession is an important part of building a strong and sustainable organisation. I’m delighted Tim is taking on the Chair position and I look forward to continuing to work alongside him and our fellow Board members as PICA enters its next chapter.”
Incoming Chair Tim Graham said he was honoured to take on the position.
“I’m honoured to take on the role of Chair and build on the strong foundations Ben and the Board have established.
“Property investors have an important role to play in Australia’s housing system and private rental market, and they need a credible and constructive voice representing their interests.
“I want to thank Ben for his leadership as PICA’s inaugural Chair, and I’m pleased that PICA will continue to benefit from his experience and advocacy as a member of the Board.”
PICA will continue its work representing property investors and contributing to the national discussion around housing, investment and the private rental market.
