Sydney property management specialist, Murray Property, has celebrated five years in the business.
The company marked the occasion with a community event at Rose Bay, giving away 200 branded jute bags and 100 reusable coffee cups. The jute bags featured offers from local businesses, while the coffee cups could be taken to Perfection Chocolate for a hot chocolate with compliments of Murray Property.
Founder Michael Murray said he launched the company in 2014, with aims of offering high-level service to property management clients.
Murray Property currently employs a team of three and lists 130 properties under its management across both Sydney’s eastern suburbs and the wider Sydney region.
According to Mr Murray, the company applies the same strategies commonly used in property sales in order to attract more tenants to its rentals. Their marketing includes professional photography, property styling, detailed floor plans and video.
Speaking about the celebrations, Mr Murray expressed his gratitude to the local community.
“I’ve lived in Rose Bay my whole life and loved being able to give back to the community that has allowed my business to grow and thrive.”
