The Agency WA to launch new Wembley office

The Agency Group Australia is further expanding its reach in the Perth property market with the appointment of highly-experienced sales agents and upcoming launch of a new office in the sought-after inner-city suburb of Wembley.

Well-regarded real estate agent Paul Tonich, along with his colleagues Corey Adamson, Jon Williams and Luke Martin, have joined the Western Australian team and will be launching their own centrally-located office in Wembley from early 2020.

“I would like to welcome Mr Tonich and his highly-experienced team to The Agency family,” The Agency Managing Director Paul Niardone said.

“His appointment, along with his team, to head up The Agency’s Wembley office is further proof that our disruptive model attracts the very best sales agents not only in the state but also nationally.”

Commenting on his appointment, Paul Tonich said his team was excited about joining forces with some of WA’s most experienced, professional and modern agents.

“With our soon to be completed office in Wembley, we will be centrally located in one of Perth’s premier suburbs, offering our award-winning real estate services to clients while our strong history of giving back to the community through various projects will also continue to grow.”

Mr Tonich has built a reputation for being one of the most dynamic, knowledgeable and inspirational talents in the Australian property industry, having sold more than 2,500 homes worth around $800 million.

With +40,000 followers on social media and 10,000 people on his personal database, his reach in the market place is second to none, giving him a strong point of difference.

Mr Williams specialises on prestige properties that require a specific and tailored marketing strategy.

With five years of experience as a luxury property specialist, Mr Williams has reached the REIWA $15 million to $20 million club for three consecutive years and this year achieved the REIWA Marketer of the Year Award.

His strengths lie in targeted marketing campaigns and strong negotiation tactics.

Mr Williams joined The Agency because he values their forward-thinking, agile and collaborative teams.

A relatively new face to the Real Estate industry, Mr Adamson started real estate in February 2018 to focus on his dream career following two seasons as an Australian Rules footballer on the West Coast Eagles list and six years as a professional baseball for the San Diego Padres (2009-2015).

His tireless work ethic, positive attitude and marketing/social media skills combine with his self-starting ability to build a rapport with his client base – especially prospective sellers and buyers within the sought-after Wembley area.

It was the energy and enthusiasm of the team that attracted him to The Agency.

Meanwhile, his fellow colleagues believe his natural ability – both in the real estate world and as an elite sportsman – means he undoubtedly has all the makings of a top agent.
