The Agency Group takes top honours at the 2025 REIWA Awards

The Agency Group Australia has been recognised as Western Australia's leading real estate office, taking home awards for Top Large Office by Listings Sold and Top Large Office by Value Sold in front of more than 1,200 industry peers at the prestigious reiwa.com Awards Ball at Crown Perth.

These awards place The Agency firmly at the forefront of the Western Australian property sector, recognising the company’s continued growth, strong sales performance, and unwavering focus on client outcomes.

The awards follow The Agency’s Western Australian office achieving 3,833 property sales valued at $3.3 billion in FY2025, securing a 9.0% share of the Perth and surrounding markets by value, and 6.0% of the total WA market.

Team Rash – headlined by founding member Rash Dhanjal – also made a strong showing, taking out second place for Top Team by Listings Sold and fifth place for Top Team by Value Sold while Adam Naumovski took out third place for Top Assisted Salesperson by Listings Sold.

Meanwhile, Mr Naumovski and Jarrod O’Neil were recognised as Top 1% Salespersons, awarded to agents in the highest percentile for total listings sold or total value of listings sold.

Additionally, seven agents from The Agency Group were named in the Top 5% Salesperson category, recognising those in the top 1.01-5% by listings sold and/or value.

Executive Director, Paul Niardone, said the accolades reflected the dedication of the team and the trust placed in them by their clients.

“To be recognised as the leading office in both listings sold and value sold is a testament to the hard work and professionalism of our people,” he said.

โ€œThese awards highlight not only the strength of the Perth property market but also our ability to deliver exceptional results for our clients.โ€

“The Perth market has been one of the nation’s strongest performers in recent years, and our team has worked tirelessly to support clients navigating this competitive environment. Winning these awards underlines the depth of our expertise and our commitment to raising the bar for service standards across the industry.

In terms of market outlook, Mr Niardone noted the Perth market was now one of the tightest on record.

“In August, active listings dropped below 3,000 compared to a long-term average of around 10,000 listings,” he said.

“In this environment, homes are selling faster, competition among buyers is intensifying, and prices are continuing to rise – all clear signs that Perth remains a very strong seller’s market.”

The accolades follow an exceptional FY2025, with The Agency nationally achieving a gross volume of $7.44 billion in property exchanges-up 14.8% on FY24-and 6,663 properties sold, up from 6,239.

This contributed to record Gross Commission Income of $125.3 million, an 11.3% increase, a return to positive EBITDA of $1.12 million, and a strengthened balance sheet.

These results reinforce The Agency’s reputation as one of Australia’s fastest-growing and most dynamic real estate groups, delivering market-leading outcomes across a national footprint.
