The Agency Group (ASX:AU1) announced the appointment of Andrew Jensen to the role of interim Chairman, effective 18 February 2019. Mr Jensen will succeed Mr Phillip Re who has tendered his resignation as Chairman and will step down from the board on the same date.
Mr Jensen is an accomplished CFO with over 18 years experience in senior finance and management roles. He has strong commercial, strategic and M&A experience and has financially led companies engaged in various fields including real estate, financial services, telecommunications and the franchising sectors both in Australia and Internationally – as well as being a fellow of the (National Institute of Accountants) and member of the Institue of Company Directors.

The Agency Managing Director Paul Niardone thanked outgoing Chairman Phillip Re for his role in the transition to a national real estate agency.
