The Stone Real Estate network has continued its rapid growth in NSW.
Boutique real estate firm Stone Real Estate has continued its rapid growth in New South Wales, with the addition of an office in Central Sydney. The newly launched Stone Waterloo will service Waterloo and surrounds, under the direction of Principal Sabrina Wang, and supported by a team of partners including Jane Wang, Tonny Lin, Jun Wu and Noah Xiong.
The location joins the Stone network after running and serving the Waterloo community for over a year already as an independent, and combined the partners bring multiple decades of experience in the industry. Principal Sabrina Wang said there was a clear focus this year to join a “reputable local real estate network to help our agency to move to another level”, and that’s where Stone Real Estate came in.
“Our first meeting with Stone’s Head of Franchise, Luke Cameron, was highly informative and he immediately gave us a clear corporate direction and focus. Luke has an intimate understanding of the desire and passion of a potential network partner, and has tons of experience nurturing and cultivating these relationships. We were immediately impressed by his attitude and vast experience in the industry, along with all the other key members of the Stone team. This made Stone a compelling and unparalleled option for industry leadership and as a long-term business partner for us,” she said.
A young and vibrant area largely populated by young couples, it’s unsurprising that Waterloo’s property sales over the past year have been dominated by units, with 270 successful sales in that time compared with just six houses. The median price for a unit has reached $900,000, a 2.8 per cent growth over this 12 month period, while Waterloo units have seen a rental yield of 4.1 per cent.
“We are incredibly excited about gaining access to a support network through the Stone family,” Wang added. “We believe that exponential growth is possible for us through working with the right people. Stone is a brand that is young, yet sophisticated, and fast growing yet with a solid foundation. We share the same ambition of Stone, which is bringing through the next generation of realtors with a mindset that embraces the latest technologies.
Stone Real Estate Head Of Franchise, Luke Cameron, said: “When it comes to bringing new franchises into the Stone network, we are always looking for those who share our vision of building community while also embracing change. It was clear from our first discussions that Sabrina Wang and her team embody the values and ambition of Stone Real Estate, and we can’t wait to see Stone Waterloo reach new heights in 2023 and beyond with the full support of the network behind them.”
