South Coast agent and Raine & Horne Mollymook/Milton Principal Ben Pryde has been named the ‘Top Salesperson (Principal) – Number of Sales’ at the 2020 Raine & Horne Awards.
Held virtually for the first time in the property group’s 137-year history, this year’s awards saw Mr Pryde edge past Raine & Horne Double Bay principal Ric Serrao to take out the top accolade.
Queensland agent, Nora Anderson from Raine & Horne Ayr, rounded out the top three in this category.
Hosted by comedian Vince Sorrenti, the virtual awards were filmed at the studios of CorpCast Productions in Sydney and attracted the network’s principals, sales agents, property managers, and support staff.
Raine & Horne executive chairman Angus Raine noted the awards attracted 100 of the network’s offices from every state of Australia.
“With border closures in place, we have used the latest in virtual video technology to bring the glitz and glamour of our traditional ‘in-person’ awards nights to the comfort of offices and homes of our teams across Australia,” Mr Raine said.
“It was a thrill a minute as we went live to our winners and their teams throughout the night who held their own mini COVID-19 safe functions.
“Now, more than ever, it is imperative that we make time to come together and celebrate our network’s high achievers.”
Mr Raine said the awards recognise the top tier of agents and teams within the network “and highlight that 95 per cent of all of our winners are committed, active and passionate about using what I like to call the Raine & Horne trifecta, including our digital marketing platform Amplify, our digital listing tool, DigiKit, and market leading CRM, CompassPlus”.
