Southeast Queensland-based agency Solutions Property Management continues its impressive post-Covid lockdown growth phase with another significant rent roll purchase.
The purchase has doubled the number of managements for its North Lakes office.
“It’s incredibly exciting,” Solutions Property Management Founder Laura Valenti said.
“The whole team is energised for the agency to be expanding.
“Due to our size, innovative PM strategy and comprehensive training program, we’ve been able to weather the current industry skills shortage storm.
“Our entire upper management team have become trainers, which allowed us to hire and skill-up a team of new PMs whilst keeping everything running smoothly.”
Ms Valenti and her management team recognised the chronic skills shortage in the PM industry had created huge pressure on sales focussed agencies to maintain managements.
“It makes good business sense for these agencies to sell their rent rolls to specialist PM agencies like us rather than trying to find and train new PM’s,” Ms Valenti said.
“Maintaining full staff numbers has allowed us to be ready to take on new rent rolls as soon as we identify an opportunity.”
Solutions Property Management has offices in North Lakes and Springfield with more than 1500 listings.
