The Paddington property that served as the headquarters of Roxy Jacenko’s PR empire is up for sale, marking another step in the entrepreneur’s departure from Sydney.
The corner site at 7–13 Elizabeth Street will go to auction on 12 May, with Colliers handling the campaign.
Roxy acquired the 290 square metre landholding in 2014 as the base for Sweaty Betty PR, her communications and talent management business.
The property became synonymous with the publicist’s high-profile brand during her decade of ownership.
The sale follows Roxy’s move overseas, with the property now held as an investment rather than an operational base.
“This is a genuinely rare opportunity to acquire a freehold asset in one of Sydney’s most tightly held and socially prominent village precincts,” said James Cowan, Head of New South Wales Investment Services at Colliers.
“We expect strong interest from high-net-worth individuals, boutique developers, private investors and occupiers seeking a premium Eastern Suburbs foothold.”

The building has undergone extensive renovation, with interiors designed by Blainey North. It’s currently leased to Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty until May 2027.
The property sits on a corner site with three street frontages and a north-facing aspect overlooking Strong Memorial Reserve.

It neighbours Paddington Public School and sits within the village precinct connecting Oxford Street to Centennial Park.
Zoned R1 General Residential with existing commercial use rights, the site has conditional approval for redevelopment into six residential apartments.
