The Realmark 2018 Annual Awards event took place on Saturday 28 July 2018 at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The evening recognised the achievements of those who have displayed excellence in practice, performance and passion within the industry. The top awards of the night went to Sean Hughes as Inaugural Practice Leader and Jeanette Bates for APRIL 2018. These awards recognise practice leadership and commitment to the ethos of the Realmark brand.
Realmark Group Managing Director John Percudani said, “This is a night when the entire network gets together to celebrate the year that was. It is a great occasion where we see the collegial appeal of the brand and network. It is wonderful to see how everyone comes together and supports one another’s success.”
John and Anita Percudani founded Realmark in 1989, growing the network to one of Western Australia’s most successful real estate brands specialising in sales, leasing, property management and strata management of residential and commercial property.
With a corporate head office in Leederville, Realmark employs more than 300 people across its network, which includes 18 real estate offices throughout metropolitan and regional WA.

21. Realmark APRIL Award
A.P.R.I.L. is the most significant award of the night, presented to the person who is a true advocate of core Realmark values. Someone who displays real passion and understanding of Realmark, together with loyalty, commitment and good practice, and who is respected by their peers within the group. This is someone who truly demonstrates the combined attributes of ability, practice, reputation, integrity and leadership (A.P.R.I.L.).
