Rochelle Adgo named Ray White's number one salesperson

Rochelle Adgo, of Ray White Mitchelton in Brisbane, has been named Ray White’s number one salesperson across Australia and New Zealand for 2026 – one of three international awards she picked up at the group’s awards presentation.

Rochelle was also ranked fourth in the network for number of sales and took out the top Loan Market award for agent-to-broker referrals.

Ray White Double Bay was named the group’s top individual office, while Ray White Upper North Shore & Northern Beaches was named top group and Ray White Collective took out top multi-partner group.

Among principals, Gavin Rubinstein of TRG was named the network’s number one principal and Top Residential Performer, ahead of Matt Lancashire of Ray White Collective Luxury in second and Elliott Placks of Ray White Double Bay in third.

The awards recognised performance across the 2025/26 financial year and were presented in a livestream hosted by Ray White Managing Director Dan White, Joint Chairman Carey Smith, Loan Market’s Sam White and Ray White CEO of Performance and Value Thomas McGlynn. The broadcast followed eight local awards events held across Australia and New Zealand over recent weeks, attended by more than 5,500 members.

Dan said the group had lifted its recognition criteria for the year and the network had responded with a record result.

“We deliberately raised the bar for recognition across every program this year, and the network cleared it anyway,” Dan said.

“We now have 178 salespeople at Chairman’s Elite, 480 at Elite and 984 at Premier. A lot of the names announced today are winning at international level for the first time, and that tells you more about the health of this group than any single result.”

Carey said the winners showed strong performance wasn’t confined to one market.

“Rochelle Adgo in Mitchelton, Holly Jones in Christchurch, Amit Kumar in Schofields and Gavin Rubinstein in Sydney’s east are very different businesses in very different markets,” Carey said.

“What they share is consistency, and teams around them who make that possible.”

Thomas said the Clients’ Choice and Competition Creator awards recognised members who had lifted service standards for customers.

“The people recognised today are the ones actively asking their clients how they did, then changing the way they work as a result,” Thomas said.

“Competition is what delivers the best outcome for a vendor. Ray White West End committed to the auction process as an entire office. They’ve taken out our number one Competition Creator office, their own Ethan Petrie is our number one individual, and their results have followed.”

Sam said Rochelle’s result showed the value of strong agent and broker relationships.

“The best outcomes for buyers and sellers happen when agents and brokers work as one team,” Sam said. “Rochelle is our top referrer to Loan Market and our top salesperson. That’s not a coincidence.”

The group also recognised 113 members with Tony Fountain Auction Excellence awards. In property management, 28 businesses reached Chairman’s Elite, 46 reached Elite and 68 reached Premier.

Ray White has confirmed that from its next Connect event in 2028, groups and multi-partner groups will be ranked together in a single category, with individual offices ranked separately.
