The 19,380-square-foot smart home, built in 2016, sits on a rare 1-acre peninsula lot with 435 feet of waterfrontage and a 75-foot dock.
According to the listing, the property features seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, two powder rooms, a resort-style pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, a wine cellar, and an 18-car garage.

According to the New York Post, the deal is poised to set a new record for the exclusive Old Cutler Bay neighbourhood, coming in at approximately $5,000 per square foot.
The property was previously owned by “The Real Housewives of Miami” star Dr. Nicole Martin and her husband, attorney Anthony Lopez, who purchased it for roughly US$21.5 million in 2022.

Manny Angelo Varas, known as “The Billionaire’s Builder” for his work with high-profile clients, has been hired to oversee an ambitious US$5 million expansion of the property.
The renovation plans include a 2,000-square-foot guest pavilion designed as a flexible space that could function as a recording studio when Williams is not on tour.

The project is expected to be completed in under a year.
Williams and his wife Ayda Field, who have four children, previously sold their Beverly Hills estate to Drake for US$75 million before making the move to Florida.

The purchase transaction involved Chad Carroll of Compass representing Williams, while Dennis Carvajal of One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers.
Williams, who once sold 1.6 million concert tickets in a single day and whose albums dominate UK sales charts, originally planned to purchase Rosie O’Donnell’s former home on Star Island, but structural concerns led him to choose the Coral Gables property instead.
