REIWA May 2019 statistics have declared Realmark as a leading WA-based agency according to property value sold per agent.
Realmark Group Managing Director and Co-founder, John Percudani, was thrilled with the result.
“(The result) is humbling and empowering to the entire network, and is a testament to the hard work and progressive practices adopted,” he said.
He attributed their success to a combination of effective marketing and sales practices built up in Realmark over 30 years, which was highly efficient and productive for agents and clients, as well as the business’s progressive team.
“This standing places us in an encouraging position for the changes of current we are seeing across the property space in WA,” Mr Percudani said.
“Commercially, the results also show the adaptability of the winning formulas within Realmark and how we have been able to grow market share and help guide our agents to achieve results even in the most challenging of markets.”
The REIWA result coincides with Realmark’s recent brand evolution which switched their focus from traditional transactional information to really reaching out to clients about what makes a property an aspiration.
Mr Percudani said the pacesetting move away from traditional real estate has proved powerful since its recent introduction.
“We are in the mindset of collaboration, culture, innovation and moving our brand forward in a progressive manner whilst encouraging our agents to convey their own individual personas and skills in an authentic manner to better connect with the potential client across the varying markets in WA,” he said.
The REIWA ranking also follows recent reporting from Core Logic (March 2019 ) that Realmark’s statewide market share had grown substantially at a time when the market was highly challenging and other agencies had declined in WA market share.
