The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) awarded Realestate 88 Inner City Principal Brendon Habak the Top Residential Sales Agent of the Year 2021 for the third year running.
Last month’s ceremony saw Mr Habak grace the stage for the third time in a row, as he took out the major REIWA award.
Mr Habak was rewarded for going above and beyond for his team and clients, focusing on growth, training and innovation over the past 12 months.
He holds numerous accolades, including REIWA Grand Master and Master Salesperson, is a triple winner of the REIWA Residential Salesperson of the Year and a regular in the Nationwide Top 100 Sales Agents.
Mr Habak now finds himself qualified to be inducted into the prestigious REIWA Hall of Fame as a triple award winner.
REIWA Chief Executive Officer Neville Pozzi said the Awards for Excellence recognise WA real estate professionals who demonstrate best practice and go above and beyond for their clients, the industry, and the community.
“Unlike other award programs which focus on transactions, statistics and profit, the Awards for Excellence are awarded purely on merit following deliberation by a comprehensive judging process,” he said.
“Now more than ever, Western Australians are relying on their local real estate agents for advice, assistance and expert local knowledge.
“These awards help shine a light on the impressive service REIWA agents are providing the WA community.”
For Mr Habak, however, he does not revel in the glitz of the awards for results or to credit his work.
He believes success and achievement is based on repeat and referral business,
“To me, the greatest compliment I receive is when a client points his or her loved one, friend, colleague or neighbour in my direction to assist them in achieving their real estate and life goals,” he said.
“I take this vote of confidence seriously and am honoured each day to be a vital link in this exciting period of transition and growth.”
As well as his duties as Realestate 88 Inner City’s principal, Mr Habak is training to become an in-house auctioneer, in preparation for the expected influx of online and onsite auctions.
