REA Group has been named Australia’s fourth ‘Best Workplace for 2021’ by Great Place to Work.
The REA Group was certified by Great Place to Work in June and was recognised as the fourth highest performing organisation with more than 1000 employees at a virtual event yesterday.
The acknowledgement is two places higher than that achieved in 2019, when REA was named the sixth best workplace.
The certification comes as REA is actively recruiting for a significant number of newly created roles and is focused on talent attraction and retention across the business.
The group said the accolade is testament to the growth and cultural evolution the organisation has undertaken in recent years and places them as the highest ranked ASX-listed business on the list.
REA Group Chief Executive Officer Owen Wilson said every person at the group contributes to the uniqueness that gives the company its edge.
“Being named Australia’s fourth best workplace in the large company category is something all of our people can be proud of. Each and every one of REA’s employees contribute to what makes our organisation special,” Mr Wilson said.

Great Place to Work has been recognising the best places to work in Australia for the past 14 years.
