Gold Coast agency RE/MAX Aspire has appointed Daniel Petch as Managing Partner, expanding the leadership team at its Labrador and Tanah Merah offices.
Daniel brings a background in strategic marketing, media and real estate to the role, joining owners Jarryd and Ryan Fisher in running the boutique operation.
Jarryd said the appointment reflects the agency’s focus on building a high-performance business with an emphasis on quality over volume.

The leadership trio plans to strengthen the agency’s infrastructure and support systems, with a particular focus on agent development. One priority is adapting international marketing strategies from RE/MAX’s global network to the Australian market.
Daniel said he sees the partnership as an opportunity to build on the agency’s existing foundation.
“Jarryd and Ryan have a strong foundation in RE/MAX Aspire and we have the opportunity to build on that and create something really special,” he said.
RE/MAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren welcomed Daniel to the network.
