Ray White Northern Beaches has opened a flagship office in Manly, marking the fourth location in the group’s rapid expansion across Sydney’s coastal corridor.

Directors David Walker and Charles Caravousanos – who also lead Ray White Upper North Shore, the number one international group by settled commission in the Ray White network for four consecutive years – have now established offices in Mona Vale, Elanora Heights, and Palm Beach since launching the Northern Beaches operation nine months ago.

The team has sold more than $400 million in local property since its inception.

The new office sits at the corner of Sydney Road and Belgrave Street in central Manly.

Mr Caravousanos described it as the “missing link” in a strategy designed to connect two of Sydney’s prestige markets.

“By connecting the Upper North Shore and the entire Northern Beaches, we give our clients an unparalleled advantage,” Mr Caravousanos said.

“We are seeing a significant flow of buyers moving between these two prestige markets. From our new Manly base, we can offer increased buyer reach and data-driven insights that no other local agency can match.”

The office is in active recruitment mode. The group has already brought on Eddy Piddington, Julian Rowe and Nick Albert.

“We are attracting ambitious agents who want more than just a desk – they want a culture that lifts their performance,” Mr Walker said.

“Our Manly office provides the high-visibility presence and the cutting-edge technology needed in the local market. We are focused on sustainable growth and building a team of professionals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional service.”

Ray White Group managing director Dan White attended the opening, along with Ray White NSW/ACT CEO Tim Snell and head of people Bridgette Collis.

Mr Snell pointed to the strategic value of linking the Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches networks.

“David and Charles are proven performers,” Mr Snell said.

“Connecting experience and reputation with the best systems in the market is the only way to drive performance, and this new Manly office is the perfect engine room for that mission.”
