Led by Ray White United Group principal Peter Diamantidis, this latest addition is the seventh office as part of the group, cementing his team as one of the most dynamic forces in Sydneyโs west.
Since opening his first Ray White office in 2021 with just five staff, Mr Diamantidis has grown rapidly across Western Sydney, now with seven offices and more than 100 team members.
With the opening of Ray White Arndell Park, he hopes to establish a strong reputation in the broader region.
The new Arndell Park office will be home to a team of 12 experienced professionals, many of whom have already proven themselves among the areaโs top-performing salespeople.
โWeโve built a fantastic team who know these markets inside out,โ Mr Diamantidis said.
โSome of them are already the leading agents in the Blacktown LGA, and now with a base in Arndell Park, weโve got the platform to really expand our reach.
โOur goal over the next 12 months is to become the number one office in the area by growing market share and delivering outstanding results for our clients.โ
Mr Diamantidis said he wanted Ray White Arndell Park to stand out not only for its performance but also for its connection to the community.
โWe want to be known as approachable, community-friendly and, above all, committed to honesty and integrity,โ he said.
โArndell Park is a great location. Itโs easy to access, right on the motorway, and on the edge of Blacktown. We want to put it on the map and make it a hub for real estate in the west.โ
Ray White NSW CEO Tim Snell said Mr Diamantidis was an asset to the Ray White Group.
โPeterโs growth story is remarkable. To open seven offices in just a few short years is a testament to his leadership, ambition, and the strength of his team,โ Mr Snell said.
โHis relentless focus on people and performance has set a new benchmark for whatโs possible in real estate, and weโre proud to see Ray White Arndell Park join the network.โ
With his seventh office now open, Mr Diamantidis shows no signs of slowing down as he continues to grow Ray White United Groupโs presence across western Sydney.
