Rural group named number one in Ray White network

Ray White Rural Pittsworth | Warwick | Dalby | Chinchilla | Stanthorpe has been named the number one business in the Ray White Rural network, achieving a goal the leadership team set for itself 12 months ago.

The group is led by principal James Croft, general manager Sally Croft, director James Arthur and Stanthorpe operations manager Alison Jones.

Over the past year it has expanded from three offices to five, adding Chinchilla and Stanthorpe, and grown its team to 35 people across Pittsworth, Warwick, Dalby, Chinchilla and Stanthorpe.

James Croft said the expansion had positioned the business to handle shifting market conditions.

“The continued growth of our team, bringing in key people and adding Stanthorpe and Chinchilla has given us greater scale and positioned us to adapt to changing market conditions,” he said.

James Arthur said the result carried extra weight because Warwick had also been ranked ninth nationally within the network, and because the number one result reflected the whole group’s effort.

“Being named the number one business, alongside Warwick achieving number nine nationally, is something I am very proud of because it was an across-the-board team effort,” James Arthur said.

“People understand their role, they own it, and they know how their contribution impacts the success of the wider business.”

For Alison Jones, opening the new Stanthorpe office was a highlight of the year.

“Opening Stanthorpe was a very proud moment. It was about being part of something bigger and helping steer a team towards success,” Alison said.

“There is a winning attitude within this group with consistency, high standards and always looking for that extra one per cent.”

Sally said reaching the top spot required a collective effort from every member of the group.

“Becoming the number one group is incredibly special because it took a huge effort from everyone,” she said. “We set ourselves a goal and the entire team contributed to achieving it. That is what makes me most proud.”

Ray White Rural and Livestock chief executive Matt White credited the four leaders with driving the group’s growth.

“They have pursued expansion opportunities with a relentless ambition to set new standards in the rural property and real estate industry,” he said.

“As leaders, they possess a collective burning curiosity to understand how they can inspire their team to strive to set a high watermark in the industry for service and results. I am very proud of all that they have achieved and I am excited to see where they take this business.”

With five offices now under the one banner, the group’s next target is holding the top position rather than simply reaching it.
