Five Queensland offices unite as Ray White Rural Condamine Group

Ray White’s highest-performing business in its Rural and Livestock network, has rebranded as Ray White Rural Condamine Group, bringing five southern Queensland offices under a single identity.

The team behind Pittsworth, Warwick, Dalby, Chinchilla, and Stanthorpe will unite its 35-strong team under a single banner.

By bringing five offices, 35 people and a broad range of specialist expertise under one identity, the group is creating greater consistency, stronger collaboration and a clearer representation of the scale of the business to the market.

The name pays tribute to the Condamine River, which flows in proximity to all five locations, and serves as the connection between the entire group across the region.

Ray White Rural Condamine Group Director James Croft said the brand evolution marked a defining shift in how the business services property owners and landlords across southern Queensland.

“Bringing our five offices under one name gives us complete uniformity and reflects the true power of one group,” he said.

“Naming every individual office was no longer practical for a business of our scale. The Condamine River connects the country we sell and manage, and this identity unifies our team while reinforcing the strength of our network, our database, and our collective success.”

The five office footprint establishes a powerful competitive advantage across the region, giving clients direct access to the largest combined database on the Darling Downs.

While operating as a connected powerhouse, each office remains deeply committed to its local roots, preserving the personal service, trust, and strong community ties that clients rely on.

Director James Arthur noted the unity of the group amplifies the strengths of each individual location, with Warwick and Pittsworth providing the original springboard for expansion.

“We are Real Estate specialists –  from the Stanthorpe wineries and broadacre cropping in Dalby to Warwick’s feedlots, dairies, rural lifestyle, residential homes, and property management,” James said.

Director Alison Jones emphasised that offering complete, full-service coverage across both rural and residential sectors has been key to supporting property owners at every stage of their real estate journey.

“We operate as a true one-stop shop for our clients,” she said.

“The scale of our five-office network gives us real strength as a business. We have experienced teams on the ground across the region, backed by shared knowledge, resources and market reach. It means we can operate as one connected group while still delivering the local knowledge and service that each of our communities expects.”

Despite its scale, the group emphasises its identity as a locally owned business deeply embedded in the region.

Director Lizzy Arthur highlighted that local community integration remains the heartbeat of the operation.

“We are 100 per cent woven into our local communities,” Lizzy said.

“While we have the backing of a national brand, we are the local faces who live and work here. The power of The Rural Condamine Group allows us to deliver unmatched results while staying completely entrenched in the towns we support.”

Director Sally Croft said one of the greatest highlights for the business has been seeing its people grow and succeed alongside the group.

“Seeing our people succeed is what it is all about. As the business grows, it is equally important that we recognise the pathways within our team and continue creating opportunities for our people to develop, progress and grow with us.”

Reflecting on the group’s culture and long-term progression model, director James shared his own career trajectory as proof of the business’s commitment to internal advancement.

“I started in property management at 44 years old after a casual conversation with James Croft on the verandah over a beer,” he said.

“Thanks to the genuine pathways and promises made by James and Sally Croft, I sold my first rural property 18 months to the day later and am now a director. When we say there are real career pathways in this business, we mean it. Our emerging talent is learning directly from experts at the top of their craft.”
