Three of the Northern Beaches’ most established real estate figures – Kylie Segedin, Melissa Pease and Josephine Cowling – have joined Ray White Northern Beaches as a team, bringing more than 100 years of combined local experience with them.

All three are lifelong locals who have guided generations of families through property in the area.

Kylie spent more than 34 years at her previous office, where she was reportedly the number-one salesperson. She’s a REINSW member and was ranked in the top 1 per cent of her former global network.

Melissa has called the Northern Beaches home since childhood and raised her own three sons in the area. She joined the industry in 1998 and has consistently ranked as a top 10 female agent in NSW and top 20 nationally.

Josephine is a licensed agent and auctioneer with 34 years’ experience, 28 of them based in Mona Vale. She’s a former president of the global Captains Club, representing the top 5 per cent of agents worldwide, and has held international leadership roles within the industry.

The trio have brought their associate of four years, licensed real estate agent Luka Valkovic, with them. Luka supports the team from first inspection through to settlement and has built a reputation as a strong negotiator for their clients.

Charles Caravousanos, managing director of Ray White Upper North Shore & Northern Beaches, said the move builds on the strength already in the business.

“Kylie, Melissa and Josephine bring a level of experience and performance that immediately raises the bar for our team, and that’s exactly the kind of growth we want to be known for,” Charles said.

David Walker, director of Ray White Upper North Shore & Northern Beaches, said the trust the three women have built didn’t come overnight.

“They’ve spent decades building relationships with local families, and that kind of trust doesn’t come from a transaction. It comes from genuinely caring about people over the long term,” David said.

“Having them choose to join us says a lot about the culture we’ve built, and we’re proud to have them as part of the team.”
