Ray White Woodcroft director Pete Fallon and his colleague Cain Dover are opening a new Ray White office in Hallett Cove, extending their reach across what the pair describe as Adelaide’s growing southern suburbs.
The pair joined the Ray White network in April 2023 and have spent the past three years building their Woodcroft business, including supporting Woodcroft College and volunteering with the Woodcroft & Morphett Vale Neighbourhood Centre.
The new office will connect two distinct but complementary markets – buyers chasing a “sea change” in Hallett Cove and those after a “tree change” in Woodcroft.
Cain, who will run the Hallett Cove office, said the move was a significant step in his leadership progression.
“I am incredibly grateful to be opening Ray White Hallett Cove with Pete in such a thriving coastal suburb,” Cain said.
“I look forward to making a positive impact within the community and for our clients as we continue to deliver the exceptional service that Ray White Woodcroft is known for.”

Cain said both Woodcroft and Hallett Cove were suburbs families often upgraded into, with the expansion allowing the team to reach a wider range of families across the southern suburbs.
Pete said the new office would also open up opportunities for agents in the area.
“The exciting thing about the expansion is the opportunities it creates, both for new agents and existing agents looking for a change,” Pete said.
