After four years with Ray White, Eastern Beaches principal and head of property management, James Hayashi, together with directors Angus Gorrie and Nader Hotait, have a goal to grow market share and deliver results for their clients in Sydney’s renowned Bondi Junction precinct.
Mr Hayashi said as part of the new venture, they have taken over the rent roll of a renowned property management specialist in the area.
With two locations in Coogee and Waverley, Mr Hayashi said they were looking for a rent roll that aligned with their core values.
Bondi Junction is located to the west of Bondi Beach and is “the hub of the Eastern Suburbs”, with lots of development underway, said Mr Hayashi, who has more than 20 years’ industry experience.
The Eastern Beaches – Waverley office was ranked number four at the recent Ray White NSW/ACT 2025 Awards for settled commission, and Mr Hayashi said he wanted to continue climbing the leader board with his dedicated team.
“Our goal over the next 12 months is to continue our growth,” he said.
“Collectively, there is a lot of expertise in our team who know this area well. The new office Bondi Junction will further allow our team to service the parkside suburbs of the East.”
Mr Hayashi said the team had a track record of securing exceptional prices within the eastern suburbs including apartments through to multi-million dollar homes.
Ray White NSW/ACT CEO Tim Snell said: “We’re thrilled to see James and his team expand their footprint in the Eastern Beaches with this strategic move into Bondi Junction”.
“The Eastern Beaches team has consistently demonstrated their expertise and commitment to excellence, as evidenced by their number four ranking for settled commission at our recent awards,” he said.
“This new office represents a natural progression for their growth ambitions.
“Bondi Junction is a key market with both strong sales and rental demand.
“We’re confident this expansion will deliver exceptional results for clients across the Eastern Beaches network.”
