Ray White Canberra Group has acquired Cream Residential, with principal Chris Wilson and his team joining the group from 1 November 2026.
The acquisition brings approximately 380 rental properties into Ray White Canberra Group’s rent roll, to be managed from its Manuka office. It takes the group’s total residential assets under management beyond $3 billion.
Cream Residential was established in 1997 as a family-owned business built on personalised service and local market knowledge.
Chris is a lifelong Canberran with more than 35 years of real estate experience. He has served on the Real Estate Institute of the ACT Board since 2015, was Deputy President from 2023, and was appointed REIACT President in May 2026.
Ray White Canberra Group Founder and Executive Chairman Ben Faulks said he did not take lightly the confidence placed in the group by respected business owners such as Chris.

Ray White Canberra Group said landlords and tenants would be supported throughout the transition, with a focus on continuity of service and maintaining the relationships built by the Cream Residential team.
