Ray White Ballarat has established a dedicated office in Lucas, partnering with land developer Integra Group to service the suburb as it continues to expand.
The satellite office positions the agency to offer buying, selling, leasing and property management across Ballarat’s western growth corridor.
Lucas, established in 2012, sits within the Ballarat West Growth Zone and has developed into one of regional Victoria’s largest master-planned communities.
“This is a long-term commitment to the western growth area of Ballarat,” said Ray White Ballarat principal Will Munro.
“Lucas is a thriving, well-planned community with enormous potential, and we want to be here for the families, investors and developers who are building their futures in this part of the city.”
The partnership creates a pathway for land purchasers and investors within Lucas to access property services from purchase through to leasing and ongoing management.
Integra Group General Manager Matt McCabe said the alignment reflected the developer’s focus on community services beyond construction.
“Partnering with Ray White Ballarat is a natural evolution of that philosophy,” Matt said.
“Together we can give the Lucas community confidence that their properties will be managed with the same level of care and professionalism we put into developing them.”
Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore said the expansion demonstrated the Ballarat team’s understanding of market direction.
“They’ve identified a generational growth opportunity and moved decisively,” Domenic said.
“Lucas is one of regional Victoria’s most exciting property stories, and having Ray White embedded at the heart of that community positions the Ballarat team for long-term, sustainable growth.”
