Raine & Horne Toowoomba has completed a major structural overhaul of its physical and online presence with the help of a number of local businesses.ย The ย Toowoomba real estate firm has integrated its two offices into a super office, located at 611 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba, with the help of local architectural firm, CKD Architects.
CKD Architects Josh Noller and Colin Davidson completed the planning and design of the state-of-the-art facility. The architect also project managed the refurbishment work, which was undertaken by Toowoomba builder IJC .
โWherever possible, we use local suppliers, as itโs one way that we can thank the Toowoomba community for its ongoing support,โ said Andrew Lynch, Principal of Raine & Horne Toowoomba.
The new office enables all sales, property management and administration staff to operate under a single roof, according to Mr Lynch.
โWe currently have a full-time sales staff of 10, with the potential to more than double that number under the current floor-plan arrangement,โ he said.
โItโs a re-launch of the entire business and weโre heading towards the super office model, which means that we can offer the full suite of real estate and property management services to vendors, investors, buyers and tenants.
โIt also puts us ahead of many of our competitors, who are still running single or two-person operations.โ
In support of the physical refurbishments, local technology company Focal Point Photos has helped Raine & Horne Toowoomba fine-tune its online presence.
โWith the help of Focal Point, our customers can now use Google Maps to visit our physical address online and take a virtual tour of not only Raine & Horne Toowoombaโs shiny new exterior, but the interior as well.
โWe have an ongoing commitment to innovation and the latest systems, and this clever new 3D marketing approach gives online visitors โ including potential vendors, landlords and even recruits โ to check out our office and get to know us just a little better.
โRecruitment is our single biggest issue and itโs this type of innovation that demonstrates the depth of our business and that Raine & Horne Toowoomba is a great place to work.โ
Sue Edwards, a sales agent at Raine & Horne Toowoomba, is convinced the new office will increase business efficiency and generate more revenue, appraisals, listings and property managements.
โEverything is state-of-the-art and no stone has been left unturned to ensure that this is a great place to work,โ said Ms Edwards.
โBringing the two offices together under one roof is a masterstroke and Iโm convinced it will enhance teamwork and help Raine & Horne Toowoomba make an even bigger splash in the local real estate market.โ
