Racing icon’s Indiana mansion hits market for US$11.9 million

Michael Andretti, member of the legendary racing family, has listed his sprawling Indiana estate for US$11.9 million (AUD $18.2 million) as he transitions to life in Florida following his step down from day-to-day operations at Andretti Global.

The luxurious property, located in Fishers, Indiana, spans more than five acres of lakefront land and features over 21,000 square feet of living space.

According to wfmz.com, the estate includes nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, three half-baths, and an impressive 12-bay climate-controlled garage befitting a racing legend.

Listing agent Joel Woelfle, who originally sold the property to the Andrettis in 2016, is selling the property again.

The Andrettis undertook a massive renovation after purchasing the property, completely rebuilding an expanded main residence and adding a separate carriage house in 2023.
