The merger will see both Ray White St Marys principal Peter Diamantidis and existing principal of the independent office David Richards, as well at their teams, remain with the business.
The Announcement:
The powerhouse team behind Ray White St Marys have expanded into their second location, taking over ownership and merging with an existing local St Clair office, in Sydney’s West.
Peter Diamantidis, who opened his doors in St Marys only 10 months ago, said that moving into his second location in St Clair was a natural progression for the team. Under Mr Diamantidis’ leadership, the St Marys office has seen huge growth of market share and a rapidly growing a 19-strong team.
“This new location is the next step for us to completely service our little pocket of suburbs in Western Sydney, and I have such confidence and faith in the wonderful team around me to make this happen,” Mr Diamantidis said.
Existing principal of the independent office David Richards, who has been operating in the St Clair area for 30 years, will be staying on within the business, as well as the experienced team of sales and property management staff.
“I am thrilled about the merging of our businesses and to have David and his team with their years of local experience as part of our team’s new growth phase, ” Mr Diamantidis said.
Mr Diamantidis’ journey in real estate and rise to success began at the age of 15 and eventually worked his way up to becoming a recognised number one performer with his former brand.
“Deciding to join Ray White last year was an easy one for me; I was thoroughly impressed with the corporate support, the technology offering and the brand itself,”
“Most importantly, it is a family business with strong values underpinning it, which is exactly what I want in my own business,” he said.
St Clair is a suburb in greater Western Sydney, within reach of the Blue Mountains, 45 minutes from the centre of Sydney thanks to the motorway.
“This is an area that I have been trying to penetrate for the last five years, as it has wonderful potential and is quite sought after among a range of demographics,” Mr Diamantidis said.
“A lot of people are branching out here from the Parramatta region; it is closer to the city but more affordable for families who are wanting to move into a spacious one or two storey home,” he said.
Mr Diamantidis said that he hopes to emulate the same winning formula in the new St Clair offices, that he has with the St Marys office.
“I am never going to be one of those principals just sitting in my office telling everyone what to do; I am constantly out there with my team every day,” he said.
“I am helping my own young, dynamic team forge their own path and become successful in their own right,”
“The whole team really know this area very well, and are willing to go above and beyond for their clients,”
“We want to smash goals, hit suburb records, and have fun while doing it!”
Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch congratulated Peter Diamantidis on the expansion of his business.
“Peter has done a tremendous job since joining us with his business in St Marys, and it was a natural progression for him to take the real estate market in this region even further,” Mr McCulloch said.
“We congratulate all the new members of our Ray White family joining us with Peter as their leader, and we look forward to supporting them as they expand into this new venture.”
