He has since been named a Ray White Premier Performer in 2024/25 and 2025/26, placing him in the top 11% of agents nationally, and holds Chairman’s Elite Team Member status.
Peter Vines, Managing Director of RWC Western Sydney, said the promotion reflected three years of consistent work.
“This has been three years in the making. Owen came to us with a clear focus on industrial and he’s never moved off it. His clients trust him, he works hard for every result, and he’s brought the team along with him,” Peter said.
“Trust and hustle are two of our core values, and Owen lives both every day. Our goal is to be the number one commercial agency in Western Sydney, and growing leaders like Owen from within is how we get there.”
On reflecting on his path in the industry, Owen said:
“Six years ago I was working in fitness. I started at a small agency in Penrith with a lot to learn, and industrial was the part of the market that clicked for me. I’ve stayed with it ever since. I’m grateful to Pete and the team for backing me, and to the clients who’ve trusted me along the way,” he said.
