Fresh off an eventful month with the network opening up office number 35 at Ringwood, the OBrien team announce the newest office in Melbourne’s Western suburbs.
OBrien Real Estate is one step closer to realising their potential of building a 50-office network within metropolitan Melbourne, welcoming to the company, directors Garry Gale and David How. Garry and David, along with their team will provide quality real estate advice to Melton and surrounding areas in the west.
The new Melton office will join the group to become the 36th office to open under the OBrien umbrella since the business was founded in 2010.
Garry, David and their colleagues are excited to use their local knowledge and expertise to provide the surrounding areas of Melton with a range of real estate services to assist the local community. Both Garry and David bring with them 28 years’ of real estate experience and look forward to using this industry experience to develop and grow their business under the OBrien name.
OBrien general manager Jason Mudford noted that the group was well known in Melbourne’s west and felt that their ambition aligned with the network’s current strategy.
“Garry and David have created a strong market presence in their area, and whilst the team have made a massive footprint into the market, [they] are constantly challenging themselves to be more innovative, push harder and expect more,” Mr Mudford said.
He noted that the Melton office location fills a strategic need in OBrien’s growth plan, as they work towards their goal of boasting 50 offices throughout all corridors of metropolitan Melbourne and into regional Victoria.
