Australia’s first real estate office geared specifically toward first home buyers and investors has opened in Sydney.
Sydney real estate identity, Marites Novis opened Qfirst Property Investment Group’s first office in Blacktown on Saturday after identifying a gap in the market.
“I’ve found that in my many years of experience in the real estate industry, most first home buyers and investors are overwhelmed when it comes to entering the property market,” Ms Novis said.
“I established Qfirst Property Investment Group with the sole purpose of guiding and advising first home buyers and investors on everything they need to know to reach their financial goals through property investment.”
Qfirst Property Investment Group is part of the new breed of real estate agencies specialising in promoting, prospecting, listing, marketing and selling pre-developed projects, finished properties, and project developments.
“We are real estate professionals who are dedicated to helping first home buyers and property investors purchase off-the-plan residential real estate in Sydney,” Ms Novis said.
“We provide our clients with excellent options of developed residences, offering them first-class service and making it possible and affordable for them to find their dream homes.”
At the age of 29, having founded the family-owned Philippines-based company, Quezon First Engineering in July 2000, Ms Novis built a reputation as an expert property strategist throughout the Philippines.
She knew she had a lot more to offer the property industry, so along with her engineer husband, Gerard and three children, decided to relocate from the Philippines to Sydney in 2007.
Ms Novis poured her passion and skills into Qfirst Property Investment Group, which she established in October, 2017.
She now hosts seminars specifically aimed at helping first-home buyers and investors to better understand the ins and outs of the property market.
“I would describe Qfirst Property Investment Group as the new frontier of the real estate industry,” Ms Novis said.
“I enjoy a lot of things that come with doing my job, but one thing I love doing the most is getting to know the families I’m working with and guiding them into a profitable investment.”
Aside from her passion for real estate, Ms Novis also indulges in her love of the entertainment industry by producing and sponsoring large-scale fashion and beauty shows.
In fact, she is the founder of MFN Productions, the creative team behind some of Australia’s most notable fashion shows and events. These include two spectacular fashion showcases featuring the internationally-renowned, avant-garde Fillipino-born, Hollywood-based fashion designer to the stars, Rocky Gathercole.
With more than two decades of experience and obtained skills, Ms Novis dedicates her time and effort to guiding and advising her clients on strategies of achieving their financial goals through property investment, while at the same time, producing high-quality shows and events to further strengthen business partnerships and interracial community relationships.
The grand opening of Qfirst Property Investment Group’s new office was held on Saturday, October 5 at Shop 1035A, Westpoint Blacktown, 17 Patrick Street, Blacktown.
