NAI Harcourts Pinnacle is a finalist for Commercial Agency of the Year at the REIA National Awards for Excellence 2026.

The northern Brisbane agency won the REIQ Commercial and Industrial Agency of the Year in 2025. That state-level win earned it a spot in the national field.

Director Phil Grant was recently named the number one NAI Harcourts sales agent in Australia. He said the recognition reflected the team’s approach.

“We’ve always believed that doing right by our clients – being honest, being consistent, and following through on your word – is what builds a lasting business,” Phil said.

Tom Donnelly, Head of Commercial at NAI Harcourts, said the jump from state winner to national finalist in 12 months spoke volumes.

“NAI Harcourts Pinnacle has consistently raised the bar for commercial real estate practice in Queensland,” Tom said.

Phil has spent the past decade building his reputation in the Brendale Industrial Precinct. The commercial team sits within the broader Pinnacle network, which also covers residential sales and property management.

This year’s REIA awards feature 136 finalists across 23 categories. Winners will be announced at a gala in Melbourne on 21 May.
