McGrath opens a new office in dynamic Beecroft 

Principals Nick Bedford and Belinda Hill will lead their team of eight, including sales and property management services.

McGrath Estate Agents has opened a new office in Beecroft to further consolidate its presence in this important market of Sydney’s northwest corridor, servicing the affluent family-focused areas of Beecroft, Cheltenham, Cherrybrook and Pennant Hills. 

Respected local real estate professionals Nick Bedford and Belinda Hill will bring their team of eight to McGrath Beecroft, incorporating  sales and property management.

Mr Mourd points to the recent announcement on 16^th December 2022 by the NSW Department of Planning with respect to plans being a step closer to create a modern green village in Cherrybrook and West Pennant Hills; laying the foundation for new homes, parks, walkways and retail space. He said the new planning package for the Cherrybrook Station Precinct will add important infrastructure as part of the Northwest Rail Link Corridor Strategy. 

Beecroft itself is located in the upper section of Lane Cove National Park, and is one of the oldest established suburbs in the state. Affluent and populated by professional families, the suburb is characterised by leafy streets, spacious federation homes on large blocks of land with ample recreational facilities and quality schools and an abundance of parks.

Nick and Belinda are both immersed in their local area and well known in the community in which they operate. Nick himself was a long-standing resident and knows the area intimately having worked as a real estate professional for over 15 years in the Northern District’s market. 

Belinda, a third generation Cheltenham resident has extensive knowledge of her local property market. Holding degrees in Law and Economics, she transitioned to real estate five years ago, with a focus on negotiation and professionalism.
