Alex Morgan and Craig Nichol will lead the office, which will service from Ivanhoe in the south to Heidelberg West in the north.

Leading residential real estate group, McGrath Estate Agents, today announced the opening of a new office in Ivanhoe, as its expands its presence to service Melbourne’s northeast at a time when the city is emerging from lockdown and is poised for future growth.
Ivanhoe, located just 9km from Melbourne’s CBD, is considered a “green” precinct. McGrath Ivanhoe will service an area from Ivanhoe in the south, to Heidelberg West in the north, and also other suburbs such as Bellfield to the west and Eaglemont in the east. It will be led by Alex Morgan and Craig Nichol, who prior to joining McGrath were Co-Principals of independent agency William Huxley which they jointly established in 2016.
