Rob Horder and Jacquie Horder have opened two new McGrath offices in Casino and Kyogle, in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, bringing a team of nine agents and staff to the network.
Rob takes on the role of Principal, with Jacquie as director. The pair have 16 years’ experience selling property in the Richmond Valley region.
Chris Mourd, Head of Franchise for McGrath, said the openings continued the company’s regional expansion plans.
“The launch of our Casino and Kyogle offices represents another important step in McGrath’s planned growth across regional Australia,”
Chris said.
Chris described Rob and Jacquie as recognised leaders in their market, and said the pair were keen to use the McGrath platform to reach a wider client base.

According to Rob, the local property market continues to attract both local and out-of-area buyers.
Rural and lifestyle properties are particularly appealing to those seeking space, land and a change of pace, while the rental market continues to offer opportunities for investors.
McGrath Casino and Kyogle will focus primarily on Casino, Kyogle and Evans Head, with the territory extending to Nimbin in the north-east, Woodenbong in the north-west and Evans Head in the south-east.
The business also includes a property management portfolio, which McGrath has flagged plans to expand.
Recent sales handled by the team include a property at Warrazambil Creek Road, Lynchs Creek, which sold for $1.35 million, and a 10.53ha property at Homestead Road, Kilgra, which sold for $1.25 million.
