McGrath Estate Agents today announced the opening of a new office in Nambucca Heads as it strengthens its presence on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
McGrath Nambucca Heads will be led by Principal Martin Wells, this expansion will be the third office in the region and this will complement the Coffs Harbour and Sawtell offices Mr Wells opened in 2015.

The area and offers a variety of choice in terms of property and price points, with options ranging from free-standing homes of three or four-bedroom designs to premium waterfront and ocean-view homes. The suburb is becoming increasingly popular to buyers due to its’ location, lifestyle and relatively affordable average house price of $378,000 according to CoreLogic.
