Matt Glynn and Lori Wyer have joined Ray White Kawana Waters, rejoining the network after building their partnership together since 2018.
Matt, previously with Ray White Lifestyle on the Sunshine Coast, has more than 20 years in the industry and has helped over 1,200 families buy and sell property through market cycles including the GFC, the post-COVID boom and current conditions.
Lori has worked in real estate since 2007 and spent 10 years with Ray White Rockhampton City before relocating to the Sunshine Coast a decade ago. She teamed up with Matt in 2018.
Ray White Mooloolaba and Kawana Waters director James Goldsworthy said the pair have built their careers on trust, transparency and genuine service.
“Experienced, respected agents don’t move lightly and we are so excited to have their experience in our team,” James said.
Co-director Brent Higgins pointed to the pair’s long-standing partnership as a sign of the culture at the two offices.
“They’ve worked side by side since 2018. That kind of loyalty is the culture we’ve built across our two offices, and they’ll be a big part of our growth over the coming years,” Brent said.
Matt said the move gives the duo access to greater support without losing their personal approach.
“Selling is a team game. With Ray White’s technology and market insights, Lori and I have the strongest team behind us, which will greatly benefit our clients,” Matt said.
Lori said the move marks a new chapter for both of them after running most aspects of their business themselves at a boutique agency.
“Joining Ray White Kawana Waters gives us access to dedicated specialists, established systems and a much broader network,” Lori said.
“It’s an opportunity to spend more time doing what we do best: advising our clients, building relationships and delivering a great experience for buyers and sellers.”
Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew welcomed the pair back to the network.
“With nearly 40 years of elite experience behind them, Matt and Lori represent the precise standard of leadership, integrity, and ambition we back across Queensland,” Jason said.
“Under the guidance of James Goldsworthy and Brent Higgins, Ray White Kawana Waters continues to set the benchmark on the Coast, and welcoming Matt and Lori back into the fold accelerates our drive to be undisputed leaders in this market,” he said.
