Mark Robinson joins Unison’s ‘Highfields’ Sales Team

Mark Robinson has joined the sales team for Unison Projects’ ‘Highfields’ master-planned residential community at Bridgeman Downs on Brisbane’s northside, where vacant land is in short supply.

‘Highfields’ is one of the largest new estates in Bridgeman Downs and will comprise 134 lots in an established residential area well supported by transport infrastructure, just 13km from the Brisbane CBD.

Unison Projects’ Shannon Down said Mr Robinson joins Matt O’Driscoll on the Unison sales team and he brings more than three decades of experience in the property industry, specialising in residential land development.

“Mark has worked for major real estate companies, including Colliers and LJ Hooker, and has vast experience on a multitude of small and large-scale projects working directly with land developers and building companies,” Mr Down said.

Mr Robinson said Bridgeman Downs was a proven area in a northern suburbs region pinpointed by leading property analyst Michael Matusik as ‘undersupplied’ for vacant land.

“Land sales in Brisbane’s northern suburbs increased by 12 per cent over the past year so the region, and Highfields estate in particular, offers an opportunity for capital growth underpinned by a larger than average land size,” he said.

“There has already been a tremendous response to Highfields, where the average land size is 494 sqm with some of the elevated and premium lots from 620 sqm to 820 sqm.

“Highfields delivers flat allotments, making builds cheaper and easier as there are less site works required. Purchasers also have the freedom to choose their own builder, unlike several other land estates in the area.”

Mr Robinson said residents at Highfields will enjoy a significant portion of green space in keeping with the area’s character.

“This is a rare infill parcel which is already surrounded by executive quality homes,” he said.

“A centrally located vast 1.8 ha landscaped parkland will ensure the development provides a haven from the hustle and bustle of city life and a unique nature-inspired environment in which to live and relax.

“Highfields capitalises on its north-east orientation and the elevated parcel offers views of the Glass House Mountains and sea breezes from Moreton Bay.”

Unison Projects is building on its reputation of developing premium projects on unique and rare sites across South-east Queensland, and also at Byron Bay in northern NSW.

Unison Projects also has a strong presence on Brisbane’s fast-growing northside, with major residential projects on the Pine River in Griffin and at Albany Creek.
