“Elevate is a time for everyone to come together from across the country to be inspired, feed off each other’s energy and set objectives for the year,” Andrew Jensen, executive director of The Agency said.
“This year it was our biggest yet having grown from the first Elevate event where we had a team of 12.”
“As keynote speaker Mark Bouris lead us through how to ‘build brand you’, highlighting examples like Richard Branson and Donald Trump as people of influence with their own stand out branding.”
Meanwhile, Tara Christianson digital strategist with REA, provided agents with practical advice regarding video content.
“Tara explained why immersive experiences like vertical video are so powerful and that taking the time create videos is rewarded by strong engagement from consumers,” Mr Jensen said.
The Agency’s head of insights Cameron Kusher explained current economic conditions and the way they influence the property market.
“This was first time that our team was introduced to Cameron and his snapshot was well received due to his ability to turn complex economic and property insights into easy to understand information.
“We also welcomed Danny Grant from Grantspace who has partnered with The Agency to deliver training. Danny and Claudio Encina took our team through our extensive training offering for 2026.”
Rik Rushton explained how to agents can get the best out of themselves though clear direction and a practical framework for ideas.
“We heard how consistency and a plan is critical for success. It’s about repeating processes and refining for results.”
The Agency also presented a panel of expert property partners from within the agency in Charlie Lund, Ben Olofson, Daniel Acocks and Glenn Curran.
“Our panel participants spoke about their team structures, their successes and provided advice about how to continue to grow.”
