Look inside Justin Bieber’s $25.8 million bargain in Beverly Park

Justin Bieber and wife Hailey Baldwin have scored themselves a massive six-bedroom mansion in Beverly Park for a cool $25.8 million.

The property was built in 1988, and first went on the market in April, 2018, with an asking price of $42m; enough to make it’s most expensive listing of that week.

Since that point, the price dropped incrementally, until Bieber snatched it up for over $16m less than the initial asking price.

“That the property has been reimagined to such an exacting standard and is available for sale is most compelling,” said listing agent Christopher Dyson at the time of listing.

“To have a practically brand-new, move-in ready opportunity, in what many consider to be the most exclusive community in the city, is very special.”

To grasp just what a bargain Biebs scored himself, an empty lot in his neighbourhood listed in 2015 for $30m.

“In particular the grounds and entertaining areas are exquisite,” Mr Dyson continued.

“The flow and living areas of the home have been reconfigured to reflect a more contemporary, modern feel that buyers desire.

“This is a ‘no excuse’ home for the most discerning buyer who also requires the extra layer of privacy and security that the Park affords.”
