One of Queensland’s most celebrated agents, Lisette Shults-Rand, has officially joined Ray White Collective alongside Reuben Packer-Hill, Haesley Cush and Matt Lancashire to spearhead a focus in Chapel Hill and Brisbane’s western suburbs.
Lisette brings with her a wealth of experience, a record-breaking sales career, and a vision to lead one of the most dynamic and supportive real estate teams in the region.
Having spent over a decade immersed in real estate sales across Brisbane’s south-western suburbs, Lisette’s move is a natural next step in a journey defined by hard work, passion and precision.
“I’ve always loved this area – I grew up here, I know these streets like the back of my hand,” said Lisette.
“There are so few suburbs this close to the city with this much greenery and such a down to earth community. 4069 is where I lived growing up and still live today. These are special places to me and to so many households who choose to live here long-term.”
Lisette’s own journey in real estate began at just 21 years old, shortly after completing her Business Management degree with specialisations in marketing and property law.
Starting in the rental division, she quickly transitioned into sales, where she hasn’t looked back.
“I’ve always been fascinated by real estate,” she says.
“But it’s more than that; I understand how significant of a financial decision it is for people – and how much an outstanding sale price can impact a clients’ life. Because we are entrusted with the sales of such big assets, we place a lot of emphasis on data and passing that information on to our clients.
“I really believe the more information you have in making a decision, the safer you feel to do so. We have so much data and information at our fingertips in 2026, particularly as part of the Ray White group, and it gives us such a leg-up in helping our clients.”
Lisette has already carved out a remarkable career. She has been awarded Ray White Chairman’s Elite for four consecutive years, placing her in the top 1 per cent of agents internationally.
She was also awarded the number one auction performer for the whole of Queensland at the 2022 Ray White Queensland awards.
“I’ll admit I’ve always had a soft spot for auctions. There’s nothing like the energy of an auction campaign; you just can’t emulate a beautifully run auction any other way,” she said.
“I’m very excited for Ray White Chapel Hill to be well known as auction specialists.”
“To be honest, I never considered any other brand,” she said.
“Ray White offers the most unbelievable corporate support, mind-blowing technology and world-class resources. I’ve been incredibly lucky to have mentors within the group who are among the best in the country. They’ve inspired me to lead in my own right.”
“I want to build something truly special; a positive, empowering workplace where talented agents thrive, and clients get outstanding results. These are the people we spend more time with than our own families; I want our office to be a place we’re all proud of every single day.”
With nearly 400 personal sales, Lisette brings a rare mix of performance and people-first leadership to the Chapel Hill team.
Her team, handpicked and highly experienced, she described as a “symphony of skills”.
“Beautifully synchronised teams are pretty hard to find – I love watching our team work in that way. It’s rare to have agents of this calibre choose to be part of a team instead of going solo,” she said.
“That tells me we’ve built something unique – a culture of excellence, support and shared success.”
In the next 12 months, Lisette’s focus is on cementing her team as leaders in both performance and culture.
Her goals include expanding the team, strengthening community connections and creating a workplace known for excellence, integrity and joy.
“I want this to be the kind of operation where I’d be proud to refer my closest friends and family,” she says.
“That’s the standard we’re setting, nothing less.”
Jason Andrew, CEO of Ray White Queensland, welcomed Lisette’s move with great enthusiasm.
“Lisette is extremely talented and driven. Her results speak for themselves, but what truly sets her apart is her leadership, care for others and ambition to be best in market. This region is in exceptionally good hands and we are so proud to support Lisette in this next chapter.”
