Leo Sun and Eric Wei launch Ray White Wolli Creek

With more than 12 years’ experience Mr Sun has partnered with a swiftly expanding group of Ray White offices and already hired multiple experienced agents.

The Announcement:

With extensive real estate experience and local knowledge, Leo Sun is set to take the real estate offering in Sydney’s Wolli Creek to the next level, since pairing with Australasia’s largest real estate brand.

The local agent with more than 12 years experience has partnered with a rapidly expanding conglomerate of Ray White offices in Sydney; Ray White Waterloo, Ray White Eastwood and Ray White Norwest.

“I did a lot of research when deciding which brand to launch my business with, and found that the way Ray White has built their company and brand over the years has been admirable,” Mr Sun said.

“I have partnered with Eric Wei who has a number of Ray White offices and has had great success in serving communities all around Sydney,” he said.

Mr Sun has 12 years of experience in selling both new projects and existing homes around Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. He also manages his own properties and has extensive experience in the property management space.

Mr Sun has been a local to Wolli Creek himself for many years, and believes the region is set to undergo even further development in the near future.

“Wolli Creek is booming at the moment, with thousands of new residential dwellings making it a lucrative suburb to do business in,” he said.

“When I bought my apartment nine years ago, it was a very different area but the development has been fantastic for the region.”

Mr Sun said the appeal of Wolli Creek was it’s convenience, with a range of shopping centres and schools on the doorstep, plus its proximity to the CBD and Sydney Airport.

“There are a lot of investors here, and therefore a lot of tenants. We have a lot of students and city workers wanting to live here, as well as airport workers or those who travel a lot. It is only a 10 minute walk to the airport.”

Mr Sun said the convenience of being only 10 minutes to the beach also makes it a top pick for families.

The Ray White Wolli team aims to become the go-to property specialists in the area. Mr Sun has already hired a handful of experienced agents and property managers to get the ball rolling.

“I am very excited to work with and train some excellent people who I believe will bring a lot to the Wolli Creek community,” Mr Sun said.

Mr Sun said he already has great relationships with a number of developers in the area, and that he hopes his connections will assist with the business success.

“Getting our name out there in the area will be the first step, and I believe that once people do business with us, they will come back for more.”

Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch congratulated Mr Sun on the opening of Ray White Wolli Creek.

“We are thrilled that Leo has decided to join us. He is set to amplify the real estate offering in Wolli Creek, and I am proud of the extended group of offices who continue to grow and expand at a rapid rate,” Mr McCulloch said.
