Inner West specialist Frederico Fraga-Matos has joined leading property group BresicWhitney

Frederico Fraga-Matos brings over a decade of experience, with his appointment extending BresicWhitney’s presence across key Inner West suburbs and reflecting its focus to be Sydney’s leading property group.
Mr Fraga-Matos is a specialist in the Petersham, Lewisham, Stanmore, Marrickville and Dulwich Hill markets.
Joining BresicWhitney is somewhat of a homecoming for Mr Fraga-Matos, who conducted work experience 11 years ago with the group.
He joins from Stone Real Estate, where he spent four years. Prior to that, he gained a decade of valuable experience within a local Inner West agency.
Mr Fraga-Matos’s executive assistant Charline D’Anastasi has also joined BresicWhitney. Mr Fraga-Matos holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.

In 2022, BresicWhitney unveiled its ambitions to be Sydney’s leading property group.
The strategic direction guiding this ambition will see expansions into the Lower North Shore and Eastern Beaches come to fruition in the lead up to 2025.
This will complement the group’s prevalence and presence in all key markets within 10 kilometres of the Sydney CBD.
BresicWhitney’s sustainable growth plans are underpinned by the group’s ongoing transactional success, which for the past two Financial Years, saw it transact on over $4.5 billion of Sydney real estate.
