Larry Ellison lists Palm Beach mansion for $145 Million

Billionaire Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison is selling one of his many million-dollar homes, listing Seminole Beach estate for US$145 million.

According to toptenrealestatedeals.com, the Tuscan-style mansion was built in 1998 on 8.5 acres and includes over 150m of ocean frontage.

Inside, the mansion boasts a massive 1440sq m of living space including, seven bedrooms, a pool, a chef’s kitchen, multiple tennis courts, a home theatre, a wine room, a six-car garage, and a guest suite.

Located in the ultra-exclusive neighbourhood of Seminole Landing with two sets of gates and 24-hour security, the home cost US$80 million when Ellison bought it in 2021 and he is now looking to nearly double his money on the deal.

The property also boasts a helicopter pad so residents can have quick access to the private terminals at Palm Beach International Airport via helicopter.

The block of land is the third-largest oceanfront parcel in Palm Beach County, behind hedge fund-billionaire Ken Griffin’s eight-acre property in Palm Beach.

Palm Beach has been one of the strongest real estate markets in the United States, with prices up over 50 per cent since 2020 and homes usually selling in less than two months.

Ellison’s other South Florida home he purchased in early 2022, Gemini, was the most expensive home in the country when it was on the market in 2015 at US$195 million.
