The Laing+Simmons growth plan which saw eight new offices join the network in 2022 has started the new year where it left off, with the new Laing+Simmons Balmain opening this month.

Even in the midst of last year’s interest rate rises, quality properties in Balmain held their value and as rates ideally stabilise this year, the outlook for the local market is positive overall,” Ms Smith said.
