Laing+Simmons has added another new office to its growing network with well-known local real estate identity Themy Panagiotidis and his team recently opening the new Laing+Simmons Auburn|Lidcombe office.
The team behind Laing+Simmons Auburn|Lidcombe has been at the forefront of the local market for over a decade, with a loyal customer base and expertise across the full suite of services including sales, property management, auction services, project marketing and more.
Principal Themy Panagiotidis said while the local market is hot at the moment, it’s more appropriately characterised by its diversity.
“The Auburn and Lidcombe markets are some of the most diverse in Sydney. Among buyers, we have young families, first home buyers as well as investors particularly active at the moment,” Mr Panagiotidis said.
