Knight Frank’s new national Advisory service line is expanding with the appointment of three key team members from Big 4 consulting and funds backgrounds.
Jack Murphy has been appointed as Manager – Advisory, Jordan Kery as Senior Associate – Advisory, and Peter Pontifix as Associate – Advisory.
The trio brings extensive experience in transactions, advisory, strategy and risk to Knight Frank’s growing Advisory platform.
These appointments follow Knight Frank’s recent launch of the new Advisory service line in Australia, which is headed by Kelwyn Teo and includes Lawson Katiza, who leads Advisory Precincts, Innovation & Social Infrastructure.
The Advisory service line offers an end-to-end solution for clients throughout the entire lifecycle of major project investments and complex development transactions.
This includes commercialisation strategy, deal origination and execution, financial structuring and capital solutions, and repositioning plays.
The bespoke service is tailored to meet the specific needs of corporate, institutional and government clients, with a particular focus on major projects involving precinct development, transit-oriented projects and the creation of city centres.
Knight Frank’s Advisory team works alongside the firm’s other complementary service offerings within Australia, including Capital Markets, Capital Advisory, Valuation and Advisory Services, Project Management, Leasing and Asset Management Services.
Mr Teo said the three new team members were integral additions to Knight Frank’s Advisory platform in Australia.
“We are very excited to have this trio join our team,” he said.
“They will leverage their experience in the real estate sector to work in a dynamic advisory team environment advising on major projects and transactions for Government and private sector.
“With combined financial and commercial backgrounds, their skillsets and capabilities will support the growth of the platform and contribute invaluably to major real estate assignments for our clients.”
