Knight Frank appoints head of retail valuations

The appointment has bolstered Knight Frank’s valuation and advisory team, with the global property consultancy now providing a full service offering to clients.

Knight Frank has made a new appointment to its Valuation & Advisory team, bolstering the global property consultancy’s offering to clients.

Hanna Clarke has joined the team in Sydney as Partner, Head of Retail Valuations Australia.

She joins Knight Frank from JLL, where she was in the role of Senior Director – Retail for more than five and a half years.

Ms Clarke has more than 17 years’ experience in the retail property industry, with 16 years focused on valuing shopping centres.

She has held previous roles at Cushman & Wakefield, AMP Capital and CBRE.

Over the last 12 months, Ms Clarke has worked with Scentre Group, Vicinity, Challenger, GIC, Dexus, AMP, banks, private owners and developers.

Knight Frank Partner and Head of Valuation & Advisory Alistair Carpenter said Knight Frank’s Valuation & Advisory team now provided a full service offering to clients, “We’re excited to be extending our reach into the retail sector and having a presence in the New South Wales retail valuations market for the first time in three years, which will further assist our clients with their investment decisions,” he said.

“Hanna will focus predominantly on retail valuations in New South Wales but also liaise and work with our interstate teams and markets.

Ms Clarke said she was excited about joining Knight Frank, and bolstering the agency’s offering in Valuations & Advisory.
