The buyers who had been overlooked

The successful purchasers were a local family who had been renting nearby and searching for 12 months with little success.

“They were completely disregarded by other agents,” Jeremy said.

“Meeting them at opens, I felt for them in their journey. When I showcased them this opportunity, it just made sense. They were after the home, they wanted to be near their kids’ schooling, they wanted to get their own home set in place — this was the opportunity that allowed that.”

The family came in unconditional with pre-approvals already in place. Their initial offer sat around the $1 million mark, but after negotiations with the other two competing buyers, they moved to $1,025,000 to secure the property.
